Revelation 3:18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
When we talk about anything private. It means it is sacred for you alone or for some specific people.
We have offices that have some rooms with Private written on the door, it means not everyone is permitted to go in there . We also have curtains in our rooms so no one will be able to gain access in to our privacy. It’s so surprising that we cover ourselves in the room and come out exposing our private parts to the public. What is actually meant for yours eyes or just two peoples’ eyes alone if married!
No other eyes are permitted to see them.
I Will like to mention our private parts for those of us that do not see them as private or might not really know or take it serious.
*Breasts
*Vaginas
*Buttocks
*Armpits
*Laps
*Shoulders
*Pennis
*Chest
‐No part of The BREAST is to be seen ,not even a little cleavage, it’s so funny how some people with opened cleavages make jest of people that only covered their nipples. For your information you are the same. The breast consists of cleavage,nipple and all so keep it covered.
-The LAPS: Anything you wear must always go down beyond your knees otherwise you will be exposing those private parts, I see so many ladies in churches nowadays wearing skirts above their knees , some will still sleet the short sirks, not right at all. Don’t distract brothers sitting next to you with your fine laps, because by the time you sit ,the skirt or dress gets shorter and more of the laps are out.
-The ARMPITS: Most of the time, I see alot of ladies in sleeveless , do you know that when we wear the sleeveless some parts of our boobs show. And for crying out loud, anything called pit is not always a good sight to behold and it smells too no matter how clean you are . If you are in church you will want to raise your hands in worship, I can boldly say that when people sight the pit , they might give you a distance. Try to keep them covered by having your clothes with sleeves.
-YOUR SHOULDERS is another sensitive part that makes men’s attention shifted, you might think it’s ordinary shoulder, almost all parts of a woman’s body is designed to attract a man. So keep it covered please .
With these few points, every other parts should be sacred to us .
In conclusion, any part of your body that makes the opposite sex think of laying with you is private part. Let’s do everything possible to keep them covered.
Covering helps reduce sexual assault or harassment.
