I will like to talk more on clothes in this edition.
And we will be looking at how we wear our clothes and what we wear.
We talked of clothes being for beauty and glory and also to cover our sensitive parts.
There are actually some materials that do not fit properly on their own into this category.
1. Net or perforated materials. A lot of people go about in nets in the name of clothes or coverings.
Now let’s take a look at what net fabric or materials are for.
1. Nets are for catching fish
2. Net fabrics are usually used as foundation for clothes or used as overlay or underlay of full materials. This only implies that nets are not meant to be worn alone like the trend of this days.
Let me sight our curtains as example, after nets are used on our windows, proper cotton materials are still used on top. Because ordinary nets can not fulfil the purpose of a coverups.
Any materials worn ,with body your body parts or sensitive parts still showing are not fulfilling it’s purpose.
There is not doubt some nets are quite beautiful and tempting, you can go for it and use another beautiful covered fabric to line it. And you you will be amazed at the turn out especially when a good tailor did justice to it.
2. Another trending garments is tight or leggings. To my own understanding, if you must wear it, then it should be with a shirt dress. But not the way people wear it about with small tops . You are only calling un necessarily attention to yourself, especially our women that are well endowed.
3. We also have stretchy clothes like Jersey materials. Nothing wrong wearing them but how we wear them is the issue. Some of this elastic clothes need proper under wear so as to avoid vibration of our contours at any movement. Am sure, we we won’t want any embarrassing attention from the opposite sex.
