Friends, before wearing those clothes do you seek God? When going to church what type of clothes do you wear?
You might feel it’s actually not necessarily but God is interested in your appearances.
If God could go all the way choosing and designing the Priests’ garments, how will you now feel he won’t want you to seek him before you wear those clothes?
Exodus 39:1 And of the blue, and purple, and scarlet, they made cloths of service, to do service in the holy place, and made the holy garments for Aaron; as the LORD commanded Moses.
It’s so sad this days that the clothes the social sex workers wear for business is what we wear to meet our Maker in church. Mind you the social sex workers will never wear church clothes for their businesses, why then do you wear their clothes to church?
People should be able to discern where you and going and coming from. If your appearances make people to wonder whether you are coming from the club, then there is an issue.
I often hear people say it’s the heart that matters. Please if you see a dirty cup with clean water in it , will you want to drink from the cup? So when you are in front of your wardrobe checking what to wear , remember God won’t be happy you dress like someone from the club.
