Do you know that some of us used to dress in ungodly ways before, A lot of us would have changed if we had people to correct and teach us the right way to dress and still be beautiful.
I mentioned “the ignorant” in my last topic. Truly, a lot of people dress in ungodly ways because they are actually ignorant of a better way to dress. Some of us have been called into this ministry to teach the right way to Godly Dressing.
My focus today is on our older women .To buttress that point i will like us to visit the book of Acts 18 : 26
When i say older; it could be in the area of spiritual growth and experience, it takes someone with such experience or knowledge to teach or correct and be a Role model.
So my appeal to our Older women is to always correct and be good Role models to our girls, ladies and women. when we see them in any kind of absurd and induced indecent dressings in our churches and our streets. I don’t think we want to return to the time of Adam and Eve before they ate the apple where everyone will be walking about naked.
Let us not look away and say it’s their business, some of us have been insulted in the cause of trying to put them right but we never stopped. Let me give just three reasons why we should correct and teach them right:
1. The girls we refuse to correct today might end up being our sons’ wives in the nearest future, yes you might say i won’t permit it, but you might not always have your ways with this children when they are grown you know.
2. We need to correct them, So they won’t be the ones to lure our husbands into sin, yes you may say my husband is a Pastor and spiritually sound, but don’t forget they are flesh and blood . So many mighty men have fallen because of women like that. Our husbands will not be preys in their hands in JESUS matchless name, Amen. So let’s do the needful
3. A lot ignorantly believe they are doing the right thing, all they need is for someone to just put them on the right path and they will change for Christ.
My summary is that while doing this you are actually preparing the bride for the Bridegroom to come. Our son’s, husbands, the girls, women, ladies and ourselves will not miss heaven because of absurd Dressing in JESUS matchless name,Amen. if you are supposed to correct and you refuse, you are guilty. Ezekiel 3:17. Remember he has made you a watchman.
